When did ProNexis start?

ProNexis was developed since 2004 as an in house solution to various services brands owned by the ownership group of ProNexis. The results from this fully integrated solution were so impressive, ProNexis was born in 2015 with its mission to increase brand equity through transformative technology, marketing and lead handling.

Where are you located? What are your hours?

Although we give a local presence, our corporate offices are located in Spanish Fork Utah. Our hours are:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm Eastern Time
Saturday – Sunday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time

Is it expensive?

What if I want to cancel my service?

Unlike other services, ProNexis has no contract! If you want to cancel after a month, (which we 100% doubt) you can with no financial setback.

What makes your call center different?

Five Star Connect gives a local presence, have extended “after hours” for our agents who need to work after the 9-5 routine.

Are your agents prompt and professional?

All of our agents are professional and prompt with your lead phone calls. In fact, 9/10 calls are answered within the first 20 seconds!

Are your agents trained? Do they understand the brand?

100% of all our agents are trained in your franchise. So whenever you or a lead call in, our agents will be able to answer questions and not just “guess” the answer.

What is the main point of your call center services?

Capitalizing every call that comes in. Catching those leads that come in first and generating them into appointments and revenues.

How can I see when appointments are scheduled for me?

Five Star Connect uses google calendars to schedule your appointments. We can use a google calendar you already use, or we will set one up for you. You add the times you are available for appointments and we add the appointments to those available spots. Using google calendars allows you to set up the calendar to see it on all your devices.

How do I know where my leads are coming from?

Each lead is assigned a lead source which is included in any email notifications and scheduled appointments. If the lead comes from a web form or lead generating service you can forward those leads to us and we’ll automatically add all the lead information and assign the appropriate lead source.

How am I notified when appointments are scheduled?

You will receive an email notification when any lead is scheduled. Additionally you can set up your google calendar to notify you via email or sms text message when an appointment has been scheduled.
