We hope that you are able to enjoy the wonderful holidays at the end of 2020. Along with celebrating traditional holidays, this month we also want to celebrate continued improvement for 101 Mobility.

Below, we’ve laid out some statistics that continue to show improvement month after month, even as the year comes to a close.

November Performance Data

Speed To Lead

ProNexis prides itself on being able to contact your leads faster than anyone else in the industry, and we’re happy to say that we’ve continued to improve month over month. 

Take a look at this graph showing what we’ve been able to achieve so far! We’re determined to keep this line moving further down as we continually lower the time it takes to reach your leads.

Leads Converted

It doesn’t matter to you how fast we can contact your leads if we’re not converting these leads. Our trained sales people reached a new level with 101 Mobility’s leads during November.

The call center was able to convert 64% more of 101 Mobility’s leads in November than in October which ultimately has lead to a higher number of appointments.

Appointments Set

What you’re really looking for when you are receiving these leads is a full calendar. At ProNexis, we understand that and that’s why we put so much emphasis on both finding leads and setting appointments for them.

During November, we were actually able to set 57% more leads than in October, showing our drive for improvement.

Recently, we’ve improved our quality assurance process to create better opportunities for you and your company.

Some of these improvements include:

  • Improved agent call screen to help agents flow through calls accurately and succinctly 
  • 4x the QA touch points for each agent which will help individual agents abilities and training as well as improve overall ProNexis QA performance
  • Reworking ProNexis QA scoring system and process

Holiday season is upon us. An end of the year tip: Franchisees should review their Google calendars to make sure they are up-to-date. This should be done not only for the rest of the year but also January and February as well.  

This will help the sales support center team with availability and bookings. If you are offering any holiday coupons or discounts, please communicate with your account manager to have your notes updated. The sales support center wishes everyone a Happy and Safe Holiday!

Technology Talk

Behind the scenes at ProNexis, we’re constantly working to implement new programs and initiatives to improve our technology and make life easier for you.

One of the main things we’ve done is to improve the ProNexis dashboard to allow you to receive the information you need easily. This update has made finding and exporting reports easier and more user friendly so that you can find the information you need quickly.

In the future, be on the lookout for new programs and integrations because as the new year comes, we have lots of new ideas and programs that are set in motion that will help you and your company.

Even though 2020 came with a few speed bumps and difficulties to overcome, we’re very pleased with the success that we’ve had as well as the success that we have to look forward to in the new year.

We’re excited to announce that in November, 26 new companies signed on with ProNexis and have already started seeing growth on their end. As 2021 comes, we’re hoping to see that number continue to grow.
